- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management or engineering related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Department preferably in the aviation industry (MRO experience is a strong advantage).
- Successful previous sales experiences as well as independence and ability to achieve set goals.
- A customer-oriented attitude as well as business sense.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Team spirit skills and ability to work in an international environment.
- Fluent in English and Polish, additional languages are a plus.
- Good knowledge of the aircraft maintenance industry and aviation sector.
- Supporting the execution of the sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Building and promoting LOTAMS capabilities, developing a strong relationship with our current customers and the new ones.
- Proactive activities by identifying emerging markets and prospect opportunities.
- Leading autonomously sales prospection, negotiation and contract management by designing customer offers.
- Closely work with Customer Support Team to deliver best customer experience to our clients.
- Objective setting and performance monitoring as well as presenting sales, revenue and forecasts reporting to the management team.
